    We understand how fast those little fees add up! At Sterling Real Estate there is no desk fee, no franchise fee, no monthly technology fee, no coffee fee…you get our point! Keep more of what you earn!

  • Commission Splits

    At Sterling we think you should be putting more money in your pocket. So we don’t charge any desk fees, or monthly brokerage fees. We have a simple straightforward commission structure. The commission plan you come in on will be based on your last 12 months of closed business.

Tier 1
Less than $2,000,000 in Total Volume – 75/25% split plus a $300 fee per closed transaction

Tier 2
Between $2,000,001 and $8,999,999 in Total Volume – 80/20% split plus a $300 fee per closed transaction

Tier 3
Greater than $9,000,000 in Total Volume – 85/15% split
